And especially if you look different than most of the lawyers, if you have different values, if you have different ways of approaching problems than the options that are being presented to you, you're going to feel like an imposter.
Be in the habit of imagining and tapping into your creativity, as opposed to just doing the same thing every day. Make sure you have creative outlets related to your law practice, for how you want to serve your clients, and how you want to serve yourself.
If you're not taking care of yourself, you are inevitably going to be lashing out at others. It will be very difficult to find that kindness and generosity, if you don't have it for yourself.
If our procedures are dynamic, as opposed to a very rigid structure (that it has to be this way), then they will be able to move and shift with whatever happens in the industry, in the type of law that you practice in.
